  • Allen ISD:  The Allen Independent School District serves the rapidly growing city of Allen, Texas, a suburban community located 23 miles north of Dallas. Student enrollment has more than doubled since 1989, bringing the current number of students to approximately 19,000 in grades K-12. Students attend one of 16 elementary schools, three middle schools, one freshman center and one high school.
  • Anna ISDThe Anna Independent School District is located in a fast-growing area which covers 63 square miles in the northeast corner of Collin County.  The school district consists of two elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and athletic facilities and is currently responsible for the education of approximately 2200 students.  The district's motto is "Achieving Excellence Together".   
  • Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD:  The district encompasses 53.42 square miles and is located primarily in northwest Dallas County with a smaller portion in southeast Denton County. The school district's boundaries are not the same as municipal boundaries; therefore, Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District provides instructional services to children who live in portions of Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, Dallas, and Irving.
  • Cedar Hill ISD: The first independent school board for Cedar Hill was founded in 1886, with the first official brick building dedicated in 1888. The Cedar Hill ISD was formally recognized in 1900. The district had four employees and six graduating seniors in the early 1900's. Today Cedar Hill ISD has over 800 employees and had 420 seniors to graduate in 2007.

  • Duncanville ISD: The Duncanville ISD is home to approximately 60,000 residents within a 28.7 square mile area and serves the entire city of Duncanville and portions of Dallas, Cedar Hill, and DeSoto. The district currently educates approximately 12,300 students throughout its 18 campuses, including nine elementary schools, three intermediate schools, three middle schools, one high school, and PACE, which offers accelerated instruction for non-traditional students. The Summit campus provides educational services within a structured environment to students with behavioral concerns.

The district, recently identified as a rapidly growing district, has begun construction on several new campuses. There are currently five elementary campuses, two middle school campuses, a ninth grade center, and two high schools. Two additional schools are currently under construction and are expected to be finished for the 2008 school year. WISD aims to offer all of its students a well-rounded education and offers AP and Dual Credit courses as well as varied Career and Technology courses.
