I can certainly tell you Avery is so in love with having his own room and a separate play room for himself. Although he did tell me I can sleep in his play room when I come to visit. Once I finally go to see the home I fell in love with it and several of her neighbors came out the day we moved in and introduced themselves and she was impressed with that. She was excited to find that the play ground is just 5 houses away and that she has access to the Country Club too. I don't see her playing golf but her brother will love to go pay to play a few holes when he goes to visit. "We moved to Allen from another city. After searching the multiple listings
we settled on three homes we wanted to tour. We contacted Deanna Bradley with the information and she set up back to back tours. She met us at the first
property, on time and ready to work. After touring the homes, we had a long lunch and by the time we were finished, we felt as if we had known Deanna forever. She is very personable and easy to communicate with.
We decided on the third home we toured and Deanna took it from there after she convinced herself she knew exactly what our bottom line and requirements were. Our trust in Deanna was evident when we gave her total authority to negotiate for us on one issue. She did and the outcome was better than it would have been if we had negotiated ourselves. The inspector found two minor issues that the seller agreed to take care of. After receiving invoices from the repairmen indicating the work was completed, Deanna sent the inspector back to ensure it was indeed complete and acceptable. Buying a home from a distance presents extraordinary challenges with the paperwork and other issues.
Deanna was spot on, always keeping us informed as to where we were in the process, etc. We never doubted she was "our" representative. The female side of the buyers stated "she's a little fighter."
